Victoria A. Valentine is a partner at Valentine & Associates, P.C. Since joining the firm in 1998, Ms. Valentine has focused on representing sales agents (both independent and in-house direct employees), brokers and distributors. She specializes in contract negotiation, employment law, and litigation to recover commissions. She also has experience in matters involving real estate and wrongful death, as well as general business law issues. Ms. Valentine is earning a distinguished reputation and has recently been named as a Rising Star by the Michigan Super Lawyers.
Ms. Valentine has appeared in both state and federal courts, including the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
