Veronica Valentine McNally is an Associate at Valentine & Associates, P.C. She was admitted to the bar in 2004. Her areas of practice include representing sales agents (both independent and in-house direct employees), brokers and distributors in matters dealing with commission disputes, contract negotiation, employment law and other general business matters. She has appeared in various tribunals, including both domestic, private arbitration and international arbitration through the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Ms. McNally is also the Associate Director of the Trial Advocacy Programs at Michigan State University College of Law. She is also a member of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration (ITA) and serves on its Advisory Board.
